All assignments for training delivery accepted by People Bureau International (hereinafter "The Company") shall be governed by the present general terms and conditions. Unless The Company expressly accepts the Client's specific conditions in writing, the present terms and conditions supersede all other terms and conditions in the event of any conflict.

For all assignments, The Client shall pay in full upon the signing of the Training agreement and not later than 7 days before the training date. Other terms can be agreed.

Refunds for Training: The company shall refund 75% of the fees for blended-learning training, provided that the client advises the company 7 days before the training date.  No refund shall be made available on no-shows during the training date and for e-learning. If PBI is unable to deliver the training for any reason, a full refund will be provided to the client. In case of Force Majeure, the Training fees will not be refunded.

Training re-schedule: Training delivery shall only be re-scheduled from the Client for not more than two (2) occasions. The client shall advise the company 48 hours before the training re-schedule. 

For internal training delivery (training delivery at the venue of the client), the participant’s food and refreshments shall be organized and provided at the cost of the clients.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UAE Law. Any dispute arising in connection with the application of this contract shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
